We understand this is an incredibly stressful and challenging time for all. We want to assure you we are continuing to offer compassionate veterinary care to our patients with the least amount of interruption. The health and well being of your pet will always be our utmost priority.
For the protection of our patients, clients, and staff, safety protocols remain in place to provide a clean environment.
Upon arrival for your scheduled appointment, please call (864) 610–9411 and let one of our customer care representatives know you have arrived. Please remain in your car and we will escort you and your pet directly into an examination room. If preferred, we are happy to follow the curbside protocol for exams, refills of medication and food purchases.
We have asked the staff to refrain from handshakes and hugs. Face covering is now required for entry into the hospital per CDC and WHO recommendations. Social distancing is encouraged along with face covering. Frequent hand washing, the use of alcohol-based hand sanitizers, along with thorough cleaning of the workspace is still common practice.
If you are ill or experiencing flu-like symptoms and have an appointment, we kindly ask that you call us to reschedule. You may also arrange for a trusted friend, neighbor, or healthy family member to transport your pet to our hospital.
